Through two years of volunteer work and research with expatriate families in Warsaw, Catalina gained deep insight into the factors that influence successful adaptation, including family dynamics, personal resources, and coping strategies. She works collaboratively with clients to enhance well-being, strengthen resilience, and improve family and relational functioning in a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment.

Her approach combines clinical expertise with practical experience: she conducts thorough psychological assessments, provides guidance on life project restructuring, fosters emotional regulation, and supports positive parenting practices. Catalina also integrates interventions to develop communication skills, self-awareness, and resilience, empowering clients to overcome stress, anxiety, and challenges related to adaptation and life transitions.
